Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At Arudra Nature, we take great pride in the quality of our organic products. Because our products are food-based and consumable, we maintain a strict health and safety policy regarding returns.

1. Cancellations

  • Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placement for a full refund. Please email support@arudranature.com or WhatsApp us at [Insert Number] with your Order ID.

  • After Dispatch: Once an order has been handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products (Food & Herbal Supplements), we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, as we cannot guarantee the integrity of the product for resale.

However, we will offer a replacement or refund in the following cases:

  • Damaged Product: The product was damaged during transit.

  • Expired Product: The product received is past its 'Best Before' date.

  • Incorrect Item: You received a different product than what you ordered.

3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

If you face any of the issues mentioned above, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.

  2. Email support@arudranature.com with your Order ID and clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product.

  3. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

4. Refunds

  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, we will request your bank details to process a manual bank transfer.

5. Items Not Eligible for Refund

  • Products that have been opened or used.

  • Slight variations in color or aroma (Since we use 100% natural ingredients, minor seasonal variations are normal).

  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery.
